Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days.

Shipping Territories: We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

Free Shipping on orders over $100

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Local Pickup or Free Delivery

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available to all customers at no additional charge. Simply select Local Pickup as your shipping option at checkout, and we'll reach out with pickup details once your order is ready.

Local Free Delivery: We offer free local delivery to customers within a 10-mile radius of our Liberty Township, Ohio location. A minimum order of $40 is required to qualify.  This option will only appear at checkout if 1) the minimum order is met, and 2) your address is within the 10-mile radius. Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch within 3-4 business days to coordinate a delivery time that works for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. 

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
